Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be U.S. or Minnesota residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the WUCW viewing area.

2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., KLGT, Inc., and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast station WUCW (the “Station”), Denny Hecker’s Automotive Group, Madden’s, Valleyfair, Water Park of America and Float Rite Park (collectively, the “Sponsors”), and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

3. Only one winner per household per drawing.

How to Enter

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Qualified entrants may enter once per phone number or on thecwtc.com.

(b) To enter text ‘Hecker’ to 24893 from your mobile phone or complete the entry form on thecwtc.com including your name, address, phone number, and birth date. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted and only one text per phone number will be accepted.

(c) The contest starts on June 16, 2008, and all entries must be received by Station by 12am. CST on July 13, 2008. Station is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for printing errors, or for cellular malfunctions.

(d) On June 23, 2008, June 30, 2008, July 7, 2008, July 14, 2008 one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries. Winners will receive a prize as described below.

(e) One or more contests may be announced from time to time. More than one contest may run simultaneously, but entries will only be solicited for one contest at a time. The Station and Sponsors are not responsible for any electronic system failure or malfunctions or other inability of entrants to reach thecwtc.com website, or faulty cellular services or phone malfunctions.

(f) By entering each contestant gives permission to Station to broadcast contestant’s information. All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station.

The Prize(s)

1. One (1) grand prize winner for the June 23, 2008 drawing will receive a $500 gift certificate to Madden’s on Gull Lake in Brainerd, MN. Some restrictions may apply. Estimated retail value $500.00.

One (1) grand prize winner for the June 30, 2008 drawing will receive four (4) general admission tickets to the Valley Fair Amusement Park in Shakopee, MN. Estimated retail value $144.00

One (1) grand prize winner for the July 7, 2008 drawing will receive admission for four (4) to the Water Park of America, one (1) night hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at the Radisson in Bloomington, MN, and a $50.00 gift card to The Split Rock Grille in Bloomington, MN. Some restrictions may apply. Estimated retail value $400.00.

One (1) grand prize winner for the July 14, 2008 drawing will receive "BEST DEALS" Camp/Tube Package for Float Rite Park in Somerset, WI: a two (2) night stay at Float Rite Park campgrounds (campsite only) and four (4), one (1) day passes for tubing down the Apple River. Some restrictions may apply. Estimated retail value $160.00.

2. Winner will be notified by phone. Before claiming prizes, winners must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to Station at the time of notification. Winners must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within 3 days of notification. Winner must show picture identification to claim prizes. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

3. If winner does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility, then the prize will not be awarded. Failure to collect the prize within 3 days will constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Station. Another winner will not be selected.

4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station. The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

6. Only one prize will be awarded per household.

7. KLGT, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.

8. KLGT, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize. The station, sponsors, and prize providers shall not be responsible for winners failure to use the prize within the time frame described above, or cancellation of the prize by the winner.

9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that KLGT, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of online entries and text messages received.

2. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WUCW, 1640 Como Ave., St. Paul, MN 55108.

3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to WUCW 1640 Como Ave St Paul MN 55108 – Attention Denny Hecker’s Summer Getaways contest by July 31, 2008.

4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., KLGT, Inc. and Sponsors accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

5. Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
